Who we are
Mixing Babies And Business™ is focused on: • producing parent-friendly professional development and digital resources for primary caregivers interested in entrepreneurship, flexible and remote work through events, newsletter, products and a podcast; • advising organizations and event planners on creating more parent-friendly and inclusive business spaces, programming and experiences for employees, stakeholders and delegates; and • making a long-term impact when it comes to the future of work for parents and their families. Mixing Babies And Business™ is a social impact movement and business founded by Amy Lynch, based on the belief parenthood and professional development don’t have to be mutually exclusive.

As the Founder of Mixing Babies And Business™, Amy has been bringing her kids into business settings since becoming a parent as a remote worker and freelancer, while living overseas without a support network nearby. She experienced a lack of flexible and inclusive corporate spaces and entrepreneurship programming for primary caregivers and instead of staying frustrated by it, she decided to create her own events, resources and programming for parents. Since 2018, parents have been attending Babies, Business + Breakfast™ networking events, reading their newsletters, downloading digital resources and showing up as they are, because they believe the future of work includes making space for them, alongside their families.
