Kelly has a proven track record of building strong working relationships and is currently aiming to improve workplace readiness for First Nations and minority English speaking communities. Sonia is the founder of Harvest Performance, an organization that fosters a connection to help others thrive. By using positive communication and education strategies, Sonia’s mission is to impact people, places and communities. Brian has over 20 years of experience and education as a Red Seal Heavy Duty Equipment Technician in the public and private sectors and has worked as an instructor in the School of Transportation Trades at Vancouver Community College. Here today with deep and diverse backgrounds, experience and expertise, Kelly, Sonia and Brian recognize that technology and online platforms are continuously changing the ways we interact with clients and employees, our ability to listen, collaborate and even problem solve, But, together, this trio shares the common goal of embracing change and they do that with one simple solution – implementing soft skills.
