Canadian immigrant, Australian expat, & forever citizen of the world. Dedicated to adventure, knowledge, growth, community success & craft beer, Christina has channelled these passions into starting a brewing company which creates provocative beer for conscious thinkers & drinkers. It is a culmination of over a decade of craft beer travel & study, ten years of professional experience in industry – including being the first woman to teach in the Brewmasters program at Olds College – and a lifetime of trying to find her purpose.

XhAle Brew Co. is the first and only craft brewing company in Alberta that is majority owned and operated by women and queer people. They are a privately-held contract brewing company, with plans to become a destination brick-and-mortar hybrid worker-owned brewing co-op. They specialize in making highly-curated award-winning craft beer, using unique ingredients and brewing methods, with branding that drives social messaging, and built-in support of community and social causes.
