What is the State of the Internet in Canada?
As of 2013, Canada was one of the most ‘wired’ countries in the world. With nearly 87 per cent of Canadian households connected to the Internet, Canada ranked 16th globally in terms of Internet penetration in 2013. This was up from 80 per cent in 2010. Among its G8 counterparts, Canada ranked second in Internet penetration, behind the United Kingdom. Where does Canada stand TODAY? Were we able to come out on top for Internet penetration?
