Yennah Hurley started Walking Proud Inc. in 2005 bringing the sport of Nordic Walking to a whole new level when she advocated it to be an event as part of Marathons across Canada and Eastern United States.  It allows people who are not runners to compete at the Marathon level.  She continued to grow her business around her location at Rockwood Park and Daytripping was born.  Yennah Hurley is the founder of Daytripping, an outdoor adventure activity company that includes patrons from the tourism and cruise ship industry, the corporate sector and the community of Saint John, the surrounding areas and the Province.  She is proud of starting and developing Daytripping over the past 5 years but in 2012 after graduating from the Entrepreneur Leadership Program with the Wallace McCain Institute it was time to move on and hand the reigns over to take the company to the next level of its potential.  A successful acquisition has brought her to strategizing on another start up focusing on developing and growing the Entrepreneur and Corporate sector of New Brunswick and the Maritimes.
