Marshall has been involved in company formation and commercializing early-stage technologies since the late 90s. He is committed to providing executive mentoring, and building a strong network for BCC member companies. He has great reach into many national markets, service providers, and investors. Marshall holds a Master’s Degree in Natural Resource Management specializing in Community Economic Development. He also holds an undergraduate Honours Degree in Cultural Anthropology.
