Jeff was the CEO & Founder of Conseros Software, a New Brunswick based that pioneered software for automatically prioritizing and distributing work tasks to the people involved in customer service throughout the enterprise, including the back-office. From its base in Fredericton, Conseros quickly grew in international markets and was acquired by Genesys / Alcatel-Lucent in 2009. Since the acquisition, the Conseros software has been incorporated into a larger Genesys solution called intelligent Workload Distribution and a key component in several other products including Genesys Social Media product-line. Jeff has a breadth of expertise with close to 20 years in the information, communication & technology industry, and currently serves as a mentor to a number of startups through the Propel ICT Launch36 Accelerator Program.
