Craig has worked, written and presented extensively in the insurance and risk management industries across North America since 1989.  He has served as President of RIMS NL, Chair of RIMS Canada Education Committee, on the Board of RIMS International and on its Professional Development and Audit Committees.  Craig is a past President of the Insurance Institute of NL and former member of the Insurance Institute of Canada Board of Governors and its Academic Council.  In 2006 Craig founded ClearRisk, which created and markets web-based software solutions for the insurance industry.  ClearRisk has customers throughout North America and other parts of the world.  In addition to his professional life, Craig is very active in the community as a Director of YMCA Canada, Past Chair of the YMCA of Northeast Avalon, Chair of the Ches Penney Family Y Project, and Board Director of the Rotary Club of St. John’s East.  Craig lives in St. John’s with his wife and three children.
