Startup Canada Board Meets in Ottawa
On February 13, 2012, Startup Canada’s Board Members flew in from Saskatoon, Calgary, Toronto and Montreal to meet in-person for the first time together with Co-Founders Victoria Lennox and Cyprian Szalankiewicz at the Microsoft Ottawa office to plan for the launch and phase one programming of Startup Canada. During the day-long meeting, Startup Canada’s Chairman, Dr. Adam Chowaniec
joined a meeting with the Startup Canada National Team from across Canada via conference call to receive an update on Tour planning. The day concluded with an evening dinner, where the Board was joined by Startup Canada volunteers from across the National Capital Region. Click here to see photos from the meeting.
